NOTHING CAN STOP ME, EVEN THE AGE...

The increasing of age sometimes limit the old fellows to be active in certain activities especially activities that need good stamina. But, recently did you read about this old fellows becoming so active. This is the great story. Come follow this interesting story about them, which inspired us the younger citizens.



1)  NOLA OCHS
She came from Texas who at age 95 and she became the world's oldest person to graduate college. Before this, the record belongs to Mozelle Richardson, who at age 90 in 2004 received a journalism degree from the University of Oklahoma. An added joy for Ochs is that her 21 years old grandaughter, Alexander Ochs, will graduate with her. Now that she has her master's in liberal studies with a history concentration.


2)TED INGRAM 
Ted Ingram from United Kingdom becomes the longest serving paper-boy at the age of 90. He started this job in 1972, and believed that he had delivered half a million copies of newspapers during his 68 years career. And he had an incredible attendance record with just two days off because took his family for vacation in 1960 and  two days unable delivered newspapers only because of extreme bad weather that prevented the copies from getting to him.  Now, he still with his career and still want to continue it as long as he stays fit.



 3) IVOR POWELL
  
At the age of 93 years old, Ivor Powell becomes the World’s oldest coach who has trained more than 9,000 players. By the year of 2006, his name was recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest football (or soccer, to American wankers) coach. Ivor’s sport life started in 1936 and he started his coaching career with Leeds United and became the member of the coaching staff at the University of Bath. Ivor Powell also received many privileges and honors and he retired from his coaching career on 26 May, 2010.


4) MOHR KEET
The 97 years old, Mohr Keet from South Africa is the oldest bungee jumper in the World. He started this extreme sport by the age of 88. The remarkable bungee jump he made from the 216 meter Blougrans Bridge.  Actually, Keet is a philosopher and loves researching religion and quantum physics. His achievement tells us that life is full of excitement and age should not be the reason gives up your dreams.


 5) MA XIUNXIAN

This China grandma had already crossed into triple digit territory when she became the World’s oldest first standard pupil. At the age of 102, Ma attended elementary school. Ma was offered to continue her studied at Wesan Road Elementary. When she was still young, Ma worked as the cotton worker mill. But her dream to go to school never had been vanished. Her own children      are university graduates, and she knows the importance in life is education and she scarified a lot to give education to her children.


Hopefully all the stories will give such positive impacts to us. Their aged NEVER AND EVER stop them to chase their dreams. They believe they can do it, they had self confident that making them go toward that goal. If they can do, so do we.
